Hotel Santiago Mérida, Mérida

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel; it couldn't have been better! The rooms, albeit a bit noisy in the front, were cozy and removed from street disturbances. The service was exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. The dining experience was decent, though some more variety would have been appreciated. The central courtyard and nearby attractions made the location superb.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to downtown and main tourist spots, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms, although somewhat dated and in need of renovation, offered a comfortable stay despite being on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with personal belongings safely stored behind the reception desk. However, the dining options were limited, especially for early departures on trips.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main plaza of Merida, making it perfect for me to explore the city easily. The staff was friendly and helpful but lacked WiFi service and water availability. The rooms were small but adequate, although issues with cleanliness and water pressure in the shower detracted from the experience. The breakfast was simple with only toast provided, and there were noticeable mold smells in the room.
